In-person & Virtual Yoga

From your physical body to your emotional state, prenatal yoga is a key to a healthy and happy pregnancy. Feeling the connection between your body, breath, mind and baby can help you be more present. Through grounding, balances, and strengthening, gentle prenatal vinyasa yoga will have you feeling deeply, well, connected.

Packages

Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga Class is designed to empower and guide you on your journey to motherhood. 

In-person class: $150 for a 1 hour (travel fee included)

Virtual class: $40 for a 1 hour in Zoom

Group classes (from 5 people): $25 per person


How does it work

Fill out the contact form below once you decide to work with me for a private prenatal yoga session. I’ll contact you back as soon as possible, so we can chat and set up a time and date that works for both of us. Then I either come to your house or create a Zoom link for a full 60-min class. Because these are private classes, I have the ability to customize content to your unique needs.
